Scope of service
Refresh Pool Pros is a referral service. It does not perform pool work, employ technicians, hold a contractor license, or set the price of the work. It matches you with an independent local pool specialist, and you contract with and pay that specialist directly. The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. The written quote you receive from the specialist you hire is the authoritative price for the work it covers. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or a guarantee of a specific price or outcome.
Service agreements
Work performed by the specialist you are matched with is governed by a separate written agreement between you and that specialist, which you receive before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed. Warranties on the work are the specialist's, and product warranties are the manufacturer's. Refresh Pool Pros provides neither.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including written copy, images, and branding, belongs to Refresh Pool Pros unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.
Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (manufacturer documentation, rebate programs, and the like). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability

Work performed by a specialist you hire is governed by that specialist's own agreement with you, and any liability for the work sits with the business that performed it.
